Caludon Castle is a National Support School and I am a National Leader of Education. A number of Caludon staff therefore work with other schools to support them in raising achievement for their students. Governors are concerned, as we are, that Caludon remains an outstanding school. In fact, the experiences of working with other schools has enabled us to achieve even more for Caludon students. Mrs Marr has been made Associate Head and takes charge of the school when I am working with other schools. We have also built capacity at leadership level and presently have four Deputy Heads; Mrs Leech, Mrs Morgan, Mr Taitt and Mrs Webb. We will continue to achieve outstanding results for all our students.
