CALLING OLD PUPILS OF CALUDON CASTLE SCHOOL
UPDATE:
We have received a reasonable response to the idea of forming a Former Pupils Association.
In order to take it to the next stage we need volunteers for the post of Chair, Secretary and Treasurer.
We anticipate three or four meetings a year and hope to have an initial meeting in March to form a committee.
Anyone interested in the above positions should contact John Clarke by sending an email to clarkejohne@googlemail.com

For the first time in its history of over 60 years Caludon Castle School in Wyken, Coventry, is inviting former pupils to join a Former Pupils Association.
The initiative is the idea of new School Head Michele Marr who said she had received a number of letters and calls from former old boys and girls suggesting that a Former Pupils Association be formed.
Some of the former pupils interested in the idea go back to when the School was opened in the early 1950's and others have not long left the school.
She commented: "We have been thinking about launching a Former Pupils Association for some time and now the school has been rebuilt we are keen to respect the heritage of the old school and the pupils who helped to build the reputation that Caludon Castle is renowned for today."
Former pupil and School Governor John Clarke OBE has offered to co-ordinate the initiative and anyone interested in joining a Former Pupils Association should contact him by email on john@centurypr.co.uk
